• Type rating, preferably on one of the following type: Leonardo AW139/AW169
• At least 3 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance activity
• Knowledge of

• Preparation of aircraft and flight documentation.
• To follow the Operations Manual and all associated policy and procedures.
• Daily flight briefings to the duty HEMS team.
• The safe conduct of CAT flights for the purpose of HEMS day/night & under NVIS.
• Maintaining strict time parameters and procedures in the interest of patients. 
• Follow SOPs issued in partnership with our charity partners. 
• Deliver a consistently high level of service to our customer, patients and public supporters. 
• Meeting customer's supporters, ex-patients and undertaking public liaison events whilst on duty

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Process and post supplier invoices.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
• Post bank transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Review and process company credit card expenses.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage petty cash records where required.
• Maintain supplier and customer account information.

Payroll & Benefits

• Administer payroll and salary-related processes.
• Maintain employee benefits records and coordinate benefit administration.
• Support pension and other employee deduction processes.
• Ensure confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.

Reporting & Administration

• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Prepare reports and financial information for management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with audit and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.

• Zusammenarbeit mit Wartung und Dispatch, um einen reibungslosen täglichen Betrieb (HSI-Flotte) zu gewährleisten
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen CAMO (Wartung durch Dritte), um sicherzustellen, dass technische Informationen oder Wartungsdaten rechtzeitig und ordnungsgemäß bereitgestellt werden;
• Sicherstellung, dass das ARC gültig bleibt, und Verwaltung seiner Erneuerung oder Verlängerung, je nach Bedarf.
• Sicherstellung, dass MCF (Wartungsprüfungsflüge) gemäß den festgelegten Verfahren durchgeführt werden
• Aktualisierung der Flugzeugkarten A/B/C und der geltenden Dokumente
  • Durchführung von Wartungsprüfungsflügen, wenn erforderlich
• Sicherstellen, dass die Aufzeichnungen zur Aufrechterhaltung der Lufttüchtigkeit vollständig sind und ordnungsgemäß abgelegt werden.
