Flight Operations Manager Europe m/f/d
As Flight Operations Manager Europe, you report directly to the CEO. You are responsible for coordinating the flight operations in Germany, Poland, the UK and all other upcoming projects. We might offer employments in Emden or Oberpfaffenhofen - part of the work can be realized remote.
Your tasks
- Selected customer key account in Europe in the offshore wind space
- Value selling via development of business cases jointly with customers
- Management of flight operations Europe, ground operations, dispatch, safety and compliance functions
- Business Development in areas such as drones, and Customer Information Portal (CIP)
Your profile
- Adequate education concerning the size and complexity of the business, e.g. business studies
- Ideally managed a business of comparable size and complexity before
- Thorough understanding of how a business works
- Very good English language skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong work ethics
- Willingness to travel to different locations regularly
