CAMO Engineer (m/w/d)


HeliService is looking for a strong individual who wants to join our CAMO team.

HeliService is a thriving Helicopter Operator active in the business areas: Offshore Helicopter Operation, Research Expedition support, Maintenance and Aviation Advisory.

Our CAMO department is looking after our own fleet of ten helicopters as well as after helicopters of our maintenance customers. 

We are looking for a strong individual who wants to be part of our team. The person we are looking for must have experience in CAMO in a Helicopter Company. The person must have a strong skillset, high energy, and overall desire to contribute and to drive the operation.   • Development and amendment of task cards
  • Planning and commissioning of line and base maintenance events
  • Analysis of complaints from flight operations and maintenance and, if necessary, initiation of further measures
  • Monitoring of airworthiness directives and other regulatory requirements
  • Keeping records of construction status changes and repairs
  • Management of modifications and repairs in connection with approved bodies
  • Checking maintenance records
  • Approval of deferment of complaints
  • Creation and maintenance of material master data and planning of storage
  • Checking the certificates of the delivered components for compliance with the aviation law requirements and approval of the components for installation in aircrafts
  • Commissioning the repair / modification of removed components
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of the aircraft maintenance programs and development of improvement measuresMonitoring of aircraft and engine operation parameters


  • Technical studies and/or EASA Part 66 License
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a CAMO environment
  • Detailed knowledge of EASA Part-M/145 regulations including Human Factors
  • Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programs
  • Experience in Operator/MRO Software, Gannet knowledge is a plus
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Very good English and ideally good German language skills
  • Analytical minded team player
