Training Representative Maintenance (m/f/d)
For our Headquarter in Emden we are looking for a Training Representative Maintenance (m/f/d)
Your duties
- Maintaining regulatory and company compliance of maintenance personnel training requirements
- Coordination of all trainings for maintenance staff (including stores, tools and purchase)
- Organization of training planning/ program per engineer
- Planning and conduction of the approved training programs
- Monitoring certificates and validities
- Organization and Implementation of training certificates into Fleetplan
- Provide in-house company procedures and technical refresher training.
Your profile
- Very good English language skills, German language skills optional
- Organizational talent and reliable personality
- Thorough knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part CAMO (preferred) and Part-66 requirements.
- Thorough working knowledge of MOE, company procedures and OJT procedures
- Qualified Trainer (Train the Trainer)
