Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)

For our Location in Emden we are looking for a Marketing Assistant (m/f/d). 

• Administrative activities and support in day-to-day operations and takeover of research tasks
• Leading own projects through its different phases until its final implementation
• Presentation of projects and ensuring a thorough understanding by all stakeholders
• Working on the preparation of business fairs: booth elaboration, contact with organisation, PR or Design Agencies
• Ensuring the proper communication of information internally by regular briefs and newsletters
• Creating content following the company CI
• Maintenance of our social media presence such as Instagram, including feed planning, writing captions, development of stories

• Business Administration/ Communication related studies or related professional experience
• Good knowledge of social media channels like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.      
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Knowledge of graphics programs is an advantage
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
• High communication skills and “out of the box thinking” ability
• Hands-on mentality and teamplayer
