CAMO Engineer m/f/d
Your tasks
• Creation or revision of the AMP (Aircraft Maintenance Programme) per established requirements, upload in maintenance tracking system and guaranteeing through the work order system that all airworthiness requirements are fully complied with
• Monitoring, reviewing and guaranteeing compliance on applicable requirements for new AD, SB (or equivalent documents) issued by aviation authorities and type certificate holders
• Obtaining required repairs or modifications from Part 21 DOA organisations and planning and monitoring its compliance
• Monitoring due dates of each aircraft certificates (namely the ARC) and organising its renewal
• Performance of necessary actions for proper airworthiness initialisation of aircraft at phase-in and prepare data for phase-out, per CAME and Company requirements
• Maintenance of current aircraft configuration, weight and balance (in different configurations), historical maintenance records (digital and hard copy), proper components installed (including through incoming component verification) in order to guarantee continuing airworthiness of managed fleet
• Monitoring aircraft defects during operation or maintenance (including defect deferrals, to guarantee proper compliance with applicable requirements and minimize downtime
• Support of the NPCA with corrective actions for findings resulted from audits (or complaints) from aviation authorities, compliance or safety department, customers, or leasing companies
• Management of the reliability program and analysis of the effectiveness of the aircraft maintenance programmes, proposing improvement measures
• Monitoring and guaranteeing compliance with maintenance requirements on 3rd party aircraft in maintenance at HSI or under HSI contract and communicate internally and/or with customer its progress

Your profile
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical studies and/or EASA Part 66 License
• 3 years’ experience in a CAMO environment (preferred)
• Detailed knowledge of EASA Part-M/145 regulations including Human Factors
• Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programs
• Experience in Operator/MRO Software, Gannet knowledge is a plus
• Good MS-Office skills
• Very good English and ideally good German language skills
• Analytical minded team player
• Above of average sense of responsibility
• Handling of complex and dynamic processes
• Attention to details
• 3 years’ experience in a CAMO environment (preferred)
