We are looking for motivated, reliable and experienced Certifying Staff Cat. B1.3 and/or B2 (and C) BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2, AW109, AW139 and AW169 for our main station in Emden.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the highest standard of safety and airworthiness
- Service and maintenance of the aircraft on a daily basis according to the Approved Maintenance Data as well as unscheduled maintenance that may occur
- Correction of all known discrepancies affecting airworthiness and implementation of corrective action entered in work orders/cards in accordance with relevant company procedures
- Documentation of all discrepancies, maintenance performed, and all Post Maintenance Check requirements in the appropriate document
- Ensuring that aircraft technical log and work order/card entries are correct, clear and complete
- Prior to performing a maintenance task or tasks, ensuring that all parts installed are airworthy and meet the requirements of the Type Certificate
- Ensuring that all special tools required to perform these tasks have a valid calibration sticker (torque wrench serial numbers are to be referenced on the relevant corrective action document)
- Fostering a safe and clean work environment, ensuring the utilization of the HS&E Manual and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) when appropriate
- Entry of all measurements taken during an inspection on the relevant inspection work card
- Ensuring continuous adherence to company policy and procedures
Your Profile
- Part 66 Cat. A, B1.3 or B2 (and C) Licensed engineer
- Type rating, preferably on one of the following type: Leonardo AW109/169/139, BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2
- At least 3 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance activity
- Knowledge of
- applicable safety procedures
- aeronautical rules and regulations
- maintenance materials, manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and advisory circulates
- human factors, human performance capacity and limitation
- the operational approvals, privileges and restrictions
- Skilled to effectively operate specialized tools and equipment specific to aircraft and aircraft engine maintenance
- Very good English skills
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Team player, who is willing to take responsibility
