Touring Certifying Staff B1.3 or B2 AW169 for Taiwan m/f/d

We are looking for motivated, reliable and experienced touring engineers to assist us in setting up new bases in Asia. You will work on an equal time basis, where the roster can be discussed; as long as you are back-to-back with your colleagues.
You will obtain relevant experience in our European operation. Afterwards, you will start with your touring roster. When there is no work required in Asia, your home base will be Emden, Germany. 
After we have successfully ramped up and supported our sister company HeliService Taiwan, you can enter HeliService Germany or support new project which might be available at that point of time.

Your tasks

  • Ensuring the highest standard of safety and airworthiness
  • Service and maintenance of the aircraft on a daily basis according to the Approved Maintenance Data as well as unscheduled maintenance that may occur
  • Correction of all known discrepancies affecting airworthiness and implementation of corrective action entered in work orders/cards in accordance with relevant company procedures
  • Documentation of all discrepancies, maintenance performed, and all Post Maintenance Check requirements in the appropriate document
  • Ensuring that aircraft technical log and work order/card entries are correct, clear and complete
  • Prior to performing a maintenance task or tasks, ensuring that all parts installed are airworthy and meet the requirements of the Type Certificate
  • Ensuring that all special tools required to perform these tasks have a valid calibration sticker (torque wrench serial numbers are to be referenced on the relevant corrective action document)
  • Fostering a safe and clean work environment, ensuring the utilization of the HS&E Manual and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) when appropriate
  • Entry of all measurements taken during an inspection  on the relevant inspection work card
  • Ensuring continuous adherence to company policy and procedures

Your Profile

  • Part 66 Cat. B1.3 or B2 (and C) Licensed engineer 
  • Type rating Leonardo AW169
  • At least 3 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance activity
  • Knowledge of
    • applicable safety procedures
    • aeronautical rules and regulations
    • maintenance materials, manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and advisory circulates
    • human factors, human performance capacity and limitation
    • the operational approvals, privileges and restrictions
  • Skilled to effectively operate specialized tools and equipment specific to aircraft and aircraft engine maintenance
  • Very good English skills
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Open-minded personality and cultural awareness
  • Team player, who is willing to take responsibility
